• What is the process for returning or exchanging an item?

    Here are the steps on how to exchange or return an item:

  • Can I return or exchange purchases I made at Oyabun tattoo shop?

    We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. We would be happy to exchange it for a different item of the same price and style. Unfortunately, we can't process refunds for in-store purchases. Our online store and our shop use different point-of-sale systems, so we don't have access to your original form of payment. Please bring your receipt and the item you'd like to exchange to our shop, and we'll be happy to help you out.

  • Where can I find my order history?

    • You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes once your order has been processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@oyabuntattoo.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help.


    • If you created an account, you can view your order history by logging in and clicking on "My Account" and then "Order History." Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • I'd like to make a change to my order.

    • We can make changes to your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please contact us if you would like to make any changes. Please send us a message at contact@oyabuntattoo.com
    • Please provide us with your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will process your request as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but it may take up to 48 hours to process.
  • When will my order ship?

    • During our busiest times (e.g., holidays and big promotions or sales), most orders are processed within 48 hours. However, we are working hard to get orders out the door as quickly as possible.


    • We process orders Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

  • What is the shipping method for my US order?

    We offer three shipping options for merchandise via UPS or USPS:

    • Standard Ground shipping is $10 flat rate for 3-5 business days shipping within the continental US. Orders over $90 ship free via Standard Ground.
    • Express shipping is $20 flat rate for 2 business days shipping within the continental US.
    • Next Day Air shipping is based on weight and location. Orders placed after 1 PM PT will ship the next business day.
  • Will I receive an email when my order ships?

    • You will receive an email from USPS with tracking information once your order has shipped. If your order is lost or undelivered, please contact us at contact@oyabuntattoo.com
  • Why was my package returned to the warehouse?

    • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your street address is incorrect or your apartment number is missing, your package may be returned to our warehouse. This could delay your delivery by a few days or weeks.

  • What is the estimated delivery date for my order?

    • Ground shipments typically take 3-5 business days to arrive in the continental United States. The closer you are to our California warehouse, the sooner you will receive your order.

    • We apologize for any inconvenience caused by recent delays in shipping times. We are working with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

    • We are proud to offer international shipping to over 70 countries. Shipping times vary by destination, but typically take 4-10 business days. Please note that order processing time is usually 24-48 hours.
    • Shipping costs for international orders range from $25 to $45. The actual cost will be determined by the destination country, the weight of the package, and any applicable duties or taxes. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout once you enter your shipping address.
  • What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

    We apologize if your order arrived incorrect or damaged. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience, but we know that mistakes happen. We will do everything we can to make it right.

    • Chest Width measures across the bust 1" below the armhole, seam to seam.
